* Added host location to server list screen.

* Buddy list should be updated better and reflect in games better
* Stopped invites while in a game

* Hosts can revinvite people
* Added button that host uses to announce start of game
* Added Game is ready sound
* Fixed black area sometimes next to game chat box
* 6 new skins
* Can send messages to anyone. No longer need to be in buddy list
* Search for XBox game information
* Search for new Xbox releases
* I also reverted some skin code to correct some edit box problems.
* You can now change the host descr iption for you game.
* Fixed kick appearing when not a host
* Tons of minor visual bug fixes.
