    What's new/fixed:

    * BUG: The automatic expanding / collapsing of site lists was not working correctly. When a news list had no new items in clicking a news item would cause the list to collapse. Fixed.
    * BUG: Changing the Multi-User option in the settings would cause the user defined time option to be activated. Fixed
    * NEW: Some of you may already have noticed that the installer system used has yet again changed. I have started using the NSIS system written by the guys behind winamp, I highly recommend this package to any programmer wanting to create an installer for their software, and its 100% free.
