* changed: settings windows with buttons remember the selected button when selecting a subwindow

* Changed: When correct cd/dvd is already in drive the dialog asking for that cd/dvd won't be shown
* changed: Window ID's internally start at 10000 now. Values in .xml files offsets from WINDOW_HOME.
