problema con 2 schede di rete e fastweb

ho fastweb e l'hug pirelli e inizialmente avevo collegato l'xbox con cavo normale all'hug ma la velocità di trasferimento era molto lenta.. 600/700 kb\s... ho preso una scheda di rete im modo da collegare il pc a fastweb tramite quella integrata(abit) e l'xbox al pc tramite questa nuova...

il problema è che non funzionano in comtemporanea...

appena accendo l'xbox la connessione ad interent si ferma..

come mai??

sono così configurate:

---integrata(pc-internet)

ottieni ip automanticamente
ottieni indirizzo dsn automaticamnete


--altra scheda(pc-xbox con cavo cross)

sub 255.255.225.0
gateway 192.168.0.3
c'è selezionato :"utilizza i seguenti inririzzi dsn server" ma lo spazio è in bianco..

perchè non va???

prova a cambiare l'ip del pc in 192.168.0.4 e il getaway in 192.168.0.1

su xbox metti ip 192.168.0.5 e getaway 192.168.0.1

il subnetmask lascialo 255.255.255.0

ho provato ma non è migliorato...

basta che accendo l'xbox(collegato col crosser) e la connessione in internet si stoppa..:dho:

How to Network Xbox and PC to the Internet using
-Cable/DSL Modem
-2 Network Cards
-Windows XP

What you will need:
-Cable/DSL MOdem
-2 Network Cards, Installed
-1 Patch Cable
-1 Crossover Cable
-Evoloution X Dashboard Running on Xbox
-FTP Program

1. Connect your modem and Xbox to the computer
-Connect the modem to the first network card using the patch cable
-Connect the Xbox to the second network card using the crossover cable
-Open any Internet browser to check if your computer is accessing the internet
-If not, shut down the computer; re-boot the cable modem then re-start the computer

2. Configure the first network card (the one connected to the modem)
-Click Start
-Click Control Panel
-Click Network Connections (in classic view)
-Click on the network card that is connected to the modem
-Click properties
-On the This connection uses the following items: list, highlight Internet Protocal (TCP/IP)
-Click on Properties
-On the General tab check Obtain an IP Address Automatically and Obtain DNS Server Address Automatically
-Click OK
-Click on the Advanced tab
-In the Internet Connection Sharing list, check Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection
-Click Settings...
-In the Services category, check FTP Server
-Click OK
-Click the General tab
-Click Configure
-Click the Advanced tab
-In the Property list highlight Link Speed/Duplex Mode
-In the Value list click 100 Full Mode
-Click Ok

3. Configure the second network card (the one connected to the Xbox).
-Click Start
-Click Control Panel
-Click Network Connections (in classic view)
-Click on the network card that is connected to the Xbox
-Click Properties
-On the This connection uses the following items: list, highlight Internet Protocal (TCP/IP)
-Click on Properties
-On the General tab check Use the Following IP Address
-Enter 192.168.0.1 for IP Address
-Enter 255.255.225.0 for Subnet Mask
-Leave blank for Default Gateway
-Click Close

4. Setup your FTP
-Chose any FTP program
-Install it on your computer
-In the Evolution X dashboard on the Xbox click System Utils
-Click Settings
-In the Ntework category make a note of the IP
-On your FTP program create a new connection
-Name it whatever you want
-Enter the IP Address that you obtained from your Xbox
-Set the port to 21
-Enter xbox for username
-Enter xbox for password
-Remember: If you disconnect or re-boot your modem the IP address may be reset. If this occurs, go into the connection properties and edit the IP Address to match the new address of the Xbox.

Note: this configuration also works perfectly with XBConnect

al posto di:

-In the Value list click 100 Full Mode

lasciate auto(o almeno chi ha fastweb)

soluzione "definitiva": basta lasciare bianco il campo gateway nella connessione verso X (dal PC) ...

cioè Start -> Pannello do controllo -> Connessioni di rete -> SK che va su Xbox e lasciate bianco il campo gateway in TCP/Ip

a me ora va tutto perfettamente:
mentre sono in internet posso trasferire qualsiasi cosa tra pc-xbox e se voglio giocare anche con xai!!

Ora che siete impazziti avete notato che si trovano più ita su kai ultimamente che sul connect? Non potete pensare quanto ne sono rimasto contento, è stato un lavoro di mesi per spostare la gente ma penso che alla fine un pò tutti hanno capito.
