    Whats new/fixed:

    1. Added code to check for no active adapter when joining or hosting a game. This should solve for some people not seeing the game on the Xbox. It will force you to redetect your Xbox before entering the room.
    2. Options window not always enabled.
    3. Fixed avatar code not working properly if it encountered one players avatar was bad.
    4. Added a lot more clan code. Users can now request to join or quit an existing clan.
    5. Fixed clan tages sometimes showing up inproperly in the game room.
    6. Added delay to game refresh when first logging in.
    7. Added some debug code to help troubleshoot packet driver not initialzing.
    8. Cleaned up winpcap fall back code for better initialization.
    9. Fixed bug in default packet driver that would not let you join a room.
    10. Added code to properly shutdown Winpcap if its being used. Previous versions may have not let XBC shutdown.
    11. Altered inter-room msg format to support larger games with more people. Also more effecient by using less bandwidth.
    12. Fix for mcafee users. XBC will check for macfee antivirus, then dynamically load winpcap if its installed and use that instead of the microolap driver. If winpcap is not installed it will start the install automatically. Note, Winpcap is only used if Mcafee is installed or you set that option in XBC options.
    13. Added code to download missing images automatically.
    14. Added a work around for misbehaved internet cache programs. Would cause XBC to report it couldnt contact the master server.
    15. Removed scr ipt engine and plug in directly compiled code. This will result in much faster and more reliable program start.
