Back again at the request of c4eva to bring you a new version of
iXtreme -- v1.2 with several new additions to ensure an even
higher level of stealth protection.

Also included in the package is a new version of Caster420's
SamTool (v0.7i).

To build your hacked fw, you can use samtool on it's own, run
the Make iXtreme firmware.cmd, or use Klutsh's new iPrep utility
which was created for iXtreme.

Once again, this fw has been extensively tested and no bugs or
bans reported, however as always, you use this fw at your own
risk.
