Video m2ts funziona l'audio ma fa schermo nero

Ciao a tutti, ho bisogno del vostro aiuto.

Solitamente sono sempre riuscito a risolvere ogni problema che avevo con questi formati ma con un ultimo file non so proprio che fare.

Io utilizzo tsmuxer.
Modifico da 5.1 a 4.1, sistemo il frame rate, splitto ogni 4 gb, salvo su memoria esterna e collego la Play. A questo punto quando faccio partire una parte (ovviamente lo fa con tutte e 3 le parti) si sente l'audio (uso l'ita AC3, gli altri li ho tolti) ma non funziona il video, mi da una schermata nera.

Sapete cosa posso fare?
