Ennesima versione di questo aggiornatissimo (per ora almeno 3 versioni alla settimana!!) emulatore per NeoGeo CD, sistema di vecchia generazione che portava su CD (rendendoli quindi meno costosi) i giochi su cartuccia del NeoGeo.
In questa nuova versione sono state ottimizzate le routine grafiche che davano alcuni problemi su determinati giochi come King of Fighters '94, Top Player's Golf e Rally Chase.
Reintrodotta inoltre la possibilità di configurare a piacimento l'utility di SnapShot.
