[MOD] DevHook Shell Prototype Mod r8 For PSP

- current game name in status bar. (I need help for this! I want to read the game name form the iSO or UMD itself)
- read the icon0 from iSO or UMD (if someone can help please help)
- page x of y in isolist

Remember, this GUI is very customizable. Thx to 1337_pryo for making a skin while I was working on the GUI so I see it working. It should be simple to create the skins if ur an artist.

I am still not completely done with it so future releases should have more stuff on the GUI.
