This RipKit replaces Videos, BackgroundMusic and FW Update with 0x00
while leaving the LBA and general iSO Structure untouched.

After CiSO compression the iSO File will be as small as if these files
would be dummied or removed.


Notes:

* This is only for Games that depend on unmodified LBA Tables

* Remember that you sill need to fix your iSOs first with PRX-
patches (PPF or xDT) so that they work with Devhook .41 or similar.

* No Check is performed whether the iSO you patch is correct.
Always use Full iso with only PRX fix applied to get this to work!

You can apply this to your (PRX prefixed) iSOs and then compress them with CiSO to shrink them without modifying LBA Tables.

So, get your untouched iSO -> Apply PRX Fix -> Apply My RipKit -> CiSO Compress -> PLAY!
