i have played the first mission and everthing seems to work ok so far, i will to try to make a smaller one a bit later when i have some more time. the game crashes for some loading mission Clubbed to Death.

Ripped: Speech Files

1.unrar xD
2.Run expert tool
3.select the plugin
4.select Gol.Bf into PSP_GAME/USRDIR
5.extract lba
6.extract file
7.copy dummy and Rip.bat into @GOL.BF dir
8.rebuild file
9.rebuild lba
10.Delete UPDATE folder into SYSDIR
11.make the iso with UMDGen or VcdromX
12.Play xD

try with this, I've modified rip.bat, now is working.

I released the wrong .bat sorry!

Ripped: Update folder, Game share and the Intro video
nothing else is ripped, just relinked.

You need: gnie's "ExPERT tool" and hjacked's "Gangs of London plugin".

Usage:

1. Extract all files to iso's directory;
IMPORTANT: the iso must be "golebi-real.iso"
if don't, rename it or this will not work.
You must have in the same directory:
*\golebi-real.iso
*\golebi-real_rip.bat
*\dummy
*\GOL.BF-RELINK-LBA.TXT

2. Run the Expert tool;
2.1. Select the "PSP UMD ISO Shrinker" plugin;
2.2. Open the iso file "golebi-real.iso";
2.3. Make the the first two steps:
[1. Extract LBA]
[2. Extract File]
Note: Don't worry about the sound error.
3. Run another instance of Expert tool;
IMPORTANT: do NOT close the first one!
3.1. Select the "Gangs of London" plugin;
3.2. Open the file "Gol.bf" in "\@GOLEBI-REAL.ISO\PSP_GAME\USRDIR\"
directory created by the 1st instance of Expert tool.
3.3. Make the the first two steps:
[1. Extract LBA]
[2. Extract File]
3.4. Run the batch file "golebi-real_rip.bat";
It will copy "dummy" (0 bytes file) over 1463 files;
IMPORTANT: after this process the batch job will pause,
do NOT press any key or close the window at the moment!
3.5. Make the 3rd step in the 2nd instance of Expert tool:
[3. Rebuild File]
IMPORTANT: Only the third step!
3.6. After rebuilding is complete press a key
at the batch job (golebi-real_rip.bat);
3.7. Make the step 4 and finish the 2nd instance of Expert tool:
[4. Rebuild LBA]
3.8. press a key at the batch job and you can finish it now;
Now you are ready to rebuild the iso file;
4. Make the steps 3 and 4 at the first instance of Expert tool:
[3. Rebuild File]
[4. Rebuild LBA]
5. Compress the iso with your favorite cso compressor utility;
Note: it will work without any problems with compression level 9.
6. Enjoy the game

Tested with PSP_Device_Hook_Sample_Launcher_v0.45 with 2.71 firmare

NOTE: If you don't want to rip the intro video or the game share.
just edit the "golebi-real_rip.bat" file and delete the respective
lines.

Istruzioni:

1. Estrarre il contenuto del ripkit nella stessa cartella contenente l'immagine di backup.

2. Rinominare il file di backup in "original.iso".

3. Eseguire il file "gol_ripkit.bat" e attendere che il programma termini il suo compito.

4. Copiare il file "ripped.iso", generato dal programma, nella memory stick.

This ripkit removes the following
- UPDATE
- BOOT.BIN (not needed as the firmware executes the EBOOT.BIN)
- AMERICAN GAMESHARE FILE
- INTRO VIDEO
- PADDING FROM GOL.BF

The resulting ISO is fully working as tested by myself, even the tutorial works, and ALL THE SPEECH REMAINS.

To use:
- Rename the untouched golebi-real.iso to "original.iso"
- Put the the following files in any folder:
* xdelta.exe
* gol_ripkit.bat
* gol_rip.xdt
* original.iso
- Double click gol_ripkit.bat
- When prompted, press a key to begin the patcher
- When it is finished, the patcher will automatically close. It will take quite a while.

Istruzioni:

1. Estrarre il contenuto della ISO sul PC.

2. Estrarre il contenuto dell'archivio compresso sul PC.

3. Copiate il file Gol.bf, estratto dalla ISO, nella stessa cartella dove sono presenti i files del ripkit.

4. Avviate il programma Expert lanciando il file "ExPERT_v105.exe" del ripkit.

5. Nel programma alla voce plugins selezionate "psp_Gangs_of_London_GOL_BF.epi".

6. Premete sul pulsante "Open" e selezionate il file "Gol.bf" precedentemente copiato.

7. Premete sul pulsante 1 "Extract LBA" e attendete che termini di lavorare.

8. Premete sul pulsante 2 "Extract Files" e attendete che finisca.

9. Senza chiudere il programma Expert, sostituite i files presenti nella cartella @Golf.bf\sounds con quelli del ripkit.

10. Sostituite i files presenti nella cartella @Golf.bf\movies con quelli del ripkit.

11. Premete il pulsante 3 "Rebuild file" nel programma Expert.

12. Premete il pulsante 4 "Rebuild LBA".

13. Copiate il file "NEW-Golf.bf" nella stessa cartella dove si trovava il file Golf.bf originale e rinominatelo in "Golf.bf".

14. Cancellate la cartella Update presente in /PSP_GAME/SYSDIR.

15. Sostituire i files "Intro.pmf", "GameShareUploadFile.scee.dat" e "GameShareUploadFile.scea.dat" con quelli del ripkit.

16. Ricreate la iso con UMDGen.

Hi,

this is my first "ripkit"

1. Extract Gol.bf
2. Open Gangooflondon Plugin in Expert tool.
3. press extract lba.
4. Press extract file.
5. Copy the files in the sounds folder in the @GOL.BF
6. Copy the files in movies to @Gol.bf
7. Rebuild file with expert tool.
8. rebuild lba.

you can delete the update folder.
you can replace teh intro.pmf and gamesharing fiels with dummy´s.

the sounds and music aren´t ripped!!!
