1)estraete il ripkit
2)estraete la vostra iso
3)copiate la cartella PSP_GAME che trovate nel ripkit,nella stessa cartella in cui si trova la iso estratta e sovrascrivete tutti i file che lo richiedono.
4)ricostruite la iso con vxcdrom o umdgen
Citazione:
- Drag and drop include "PSP_GAME" folder on top of original
- Click "Yes to All" in Windows
- Rebuild the .iso using the included vcdromx (tutorial below)

I tested this rip myself.
vcdromx tutorial:

- Run vcdromx.exe
- Close the first popup dialog
- Drag and drop the PSP_GAME & UMD_DATA.BIN onto right side
- Type CTRL-B, select output .fcd file using the folder icon, click left "??" button
- When finished, Type ALT-F, then "C"
- Select newly created .fcd file using the top folder icon, click top "??" button
- Check to make sure the .iso file was built & delete the .fcd file.
