In pratica dice che l'UPDATER dell'Homebrew Channel usa gli IOS più nuovi sopra il 36. Siccome il 36 è ancora vulnerabile, il canale potrà essere installato e con la prossima beta metteranno gli altri IOS in blacklist. Quindi in questo senso il canale homebrew è ancora installabile ed utilizzabile.
Nella seconda parte invece dice che l'unica cosa che vogliono fare con questo update 3.3 è quello di bloccare le uniche due vie per caricare homebrew: il twilight hack ed i DVD firmati col Trucha Signer. Gli user dell'HBC non sono toccati profondamente.

Cioè che il menù di sistema non verifica i contenuti degli elementi installati precedentemente (homebrew channel).
Quindi pare che il canale homebrew sia ancora utilizzabile senza rischi. Meglio così.
